SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

CASHE aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible, but please be aware that under the circumstances we are taking extra precautions and proactively adhering to the safety guidelines provided by the CDC. Orders typically take up to 5 business days to process. After that, it will arrive to you based on the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ships within 1-2 weeks. Where do you ship? 

We ship worldwide, with the exception of select restricted foreign areas. If for some reason you are located outside of our shipping zone, please email us at info@shopcashe.com and we can offer more information, as well as discuss potential alternatives. 

Will tax and duty be applied to my international order?

While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours as the customer. 

Taxes and Duties are not reimbursed by CASHE. Please contact your local customs department for reimbursement. 

If you refuse a shipment from CASHE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These charges are not refunded to you.

All prices are listed in US Dollars, and charged to your credit card in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. 

Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

All orders shipped to Ohio addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes.

Where is my order manufactured?

All clothing is manufactured in Kathmandu, Nepal. 

My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?

Please email info@shopcashe.com and our team will look into it immediately. We will do our best to resolve each individual issue as quickly as possible.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over $200. For all other orders, a shipping fee is applied based on the delivery address, weight of the package, and shipping speed selected. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return & exchange policy?

We currently offer returns within 14 days after the product delivery date for items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in new condition with all tags attached. 

If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, so long as the new item is in stock. Customers will need to follow the exchange process outlined below in order to process an exchange. Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.  

Please allow up to 5 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.

  • Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or delivered incorrectly, we will be happy to offer a return shipping label upon receiving proof via images provided by the customer. Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. CASHE reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumed or scents on the fabric and they will be returned back to the sender.  
  • For International Returns, Taxes and Duties are not reimbursed by CASHE. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at info@shopcashe.com immediately.

    How to Return Clothing:

    To process any returns or exchanges please follow these instructions.

    • Attach images of the defective, unworn product with tags in a ‘new condition.’
    • Write a brief description of why you need to return these products
    • Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps

    Please follow these instructions very carefully in order to keep your returns process seamless and easy!

    How do I exchange an item from my order?

    Given the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer exchanges for other items, but we will accommodate size exchanges of the same item. If you have any questions, please email us at info@shopcashe.com.

    When can I expect my refund?

    After we have received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued in the form of which payment was received.
